Happy Valentine's Day! YYY
Tonight on campus we have a Valentine’s Concert: an cappella group from Southern Illinois, Chapter 6. Their shows are filled with a comedy-infused blend of pop, jazz, gospel, and rock and are sure to bring about spontaneous bursts of laughter and applause throughout the show. Their high-energy performances feature diverse repertoire ranging from freshly arranged swing standards and pop/rock covers to signature pieces such as “Ode to Krispy Kreme,” Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody,” and their very own version of “The Wizard of Oz.”
I have a paper and a case report due today, so tonight is my night to celebrate! I am going out with some girlfriends for dinner downtown and then to the concert!
